About me
Picture

Having spanned 20 years in the bio-pharmaceutical industry, I dedicate my time off-work, counseling people who are looking to navigate their careers in Biopharma, helping them network and working together to uncover successful professional development opportunities and explore sustainable career paths in emerging fields in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical world.

I believe in the concept of "career-athleticism"  and that it is
never too later to build and re-build a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity, and initiative to
achieve both corporate and personal goals. Some of my
most challenging career experiences have boosted my career forward the most.

 My Work and Passion(s)

Personally, I enjoy the outdoors. During my mountaineering and hiking spells, you will find me camping, hiking or climbing either with my two sons or with a group of nature loving friends! I live in New Jersey with my husband and two sons and I am lucky to have some very cool & awesome friends!
With about 20 years of experience across R&D, clinical and commercial, my work currently focusses on enhancing the capability to produce strong Pharmaceutical Drug Portfolios. My experiences from the past have covered early to late stage product development,  pharmaceutical business development, global pipeline management and Oncology Precision Medicine (where I gained a strong foothold). I enjoy the process of collaborating cross-functionally with Clinical Management, Market Access and other functions to help drive development of appropriate products to meet patient needs and focus on delivery of value in unmet segments. I also enjoy conducting career workshops for MBA students and undergraduates, interviewing panels and events.

This, I complemented with an MBA from NYU Stern and Masters in Molecular Genetics from The Ohio State University
