"Sangeetha provides a really creative platform where she seamlessly integrates personal interests and workplace culture to propose ways on how one's own experiences and interests can be molded into the best possible career path. By demonstrating how her own personal interests and workplace culture comfortably correlate, she shifts what may be viewed as an intimidating journey to some, into something full of excitement and desire.
As a student of Behavioral Psychology myself, I fully appreciate and endorse her views on adding a fitness and healthy lifestyle to improved work-life performance. She successfully gives direction and guidance while keeping in mind that work-life balance is not something you "find" when searching for a job, but is in fact a lifestyle that you create"

"I loved Sangeetha's way of looking at career development as "career athleticism". At B-school, we're often so focused on whats right around the corner after graduation, that we forget to think about long-term career goals. I really enjoyed hearing a new perspective from Sangeetha on how you can approach long-term career goals and making the right decisions and connections that will get you where you want to be. It was helpful to hear this all from someone who has been in our shoes and achieved much success in her career."

"A much sought after contributor to the healthcare community at NYU Stern, Sangeetha is a regularly featured speaker at our events which include BioPharmaceuticals primers, the marquis Healthcare Conference, and other events attended by 100+ students and working professionals in various extended business programs. Her opinions on the advancements in the BioPharmaceutical industry, patient-centric healthcare, and customized insights on emerging careers are some of the highlights of our events. Students and working professionals looking for career growth also seek out Sangeetha for career advice and she has mentored many over the years. We are privileged to count Sangeetha amongst our alumni and an invaluable member of our community "

I consider myself very fortunate to have had Sangeetha in my career-growth arsenal. She brings a grounding sense of positivity into each conversation and she listens to people, not just to respond, but with the intention of truly understanding their experience and learning from others. From the struggle to balance work and a social life, to long-term goals for the life I want to create, she has provided guidance through simple positive-living philosophies and practical suggestions which are manageable to employ. Sangeetha is so effective in career-growth and coaching because she is relatable and uses a holistic approach.
As a working professional and mother, she inspires others by prioritizing the balance of her hobbies, passions, and fitness in her own life. She recognizes that work performance is not separate from the rest of our life, and I really believe in how she leverages fitness as a powerful tool for improving overall health and wellness, engaging with our community, and boosting our momentum in work and other aspects of our lives.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sangeetha at the Lerner Center Precision Medicine Workshop for Pharmaceutical Marketing Concentration MBA students at Rutgers Business School. Sangeetha's hands-off approach with covering areas and opportunities varying from genomics, viral vectors, oncology, health economics, and payers incredibly insightful. Her "Becoming a CEO" exercise in determining go/no-go between two products is a must. I particularly appreciated her insights on career athleticism (not necessarily following a linear path and being open to breadth in expertise, which I practice and follow till date). She is a really good speaker and her insights on hot areas to keep an eye on, and above all willingness to support you to be successful is a fantastic.
